Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end post production for multiple vertical drama projects.
- Source and oversee post production vendors; negotiate rates, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide clear creative feedback and ensure timely, quality delivery of episodes.
- Coordinate schedules and handovers with international post teams.
- Track progress across multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Facilitate effective communication between production, post, and vendors.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in post production producing (end-to-end).
- Strong knowledge of post workflows (editing, sound, color, VFX, delivery).
- Experience in film/TV, streaming, or digital-first content; vertical content experience preferred.
- Film school education or equivalent professional training preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Chinese strongly preferred due to international collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
