Position Summary:
We are seeking a smart and personable individual to be trained as a Contract Review Specialist. The job is to ensure accurate and efficient management of customer orders. This role is responsible for reviewing contracts, verifying requirements, managing orders within our ERP system (SAP Business One), and supporting proactive communication with our business-to-business customers. This is a hands-on, dynamic role involving a wide range of customer interactions, order management, and process improvement initiatives.
Salaried position with competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Office-based role in a first class, professional environment. Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, with flexibility as required for peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer contracts and orders thoroughly to ensure requirements can be met; resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Manage orders in SAP, including entry, tracking, and communication of status to customers.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations and order confirmations, ensuring alignment with pricing, availability, and lead times.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, maintaining documentation, account profiles, and proactive communication.
- Identify and support workflow or process improvements related to contract and order management to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience in all interactions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly dependable, self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Bachelor’s degree in any field considered. Minimum 3.0 GPA. Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Creativity with strong problem-solving skills valued.
- Proficiency in MS Office. Experience with ERP systems a plus.
