What You'll Do:
As a Lawn Technician, you will help maintain the health and appearance of residential and commercial properties.
- Apply fertilizers, weed control products, and pest control treatments
- Diagnose turf, tree, and shrub health issues
- Recommend solutions to improve landscape health and appearance
- Complete assigned routes and maintain accurate digital service records
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Follow safety procedures and properly handle equipment and treatment products
What We're Looking For:
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and remain active throughout an 8-10-hour workday
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Basic ability with smartphones and mobile apps
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Ability to successfully complete drug and background screenings
