The Relationship Advisor’s primary responsibility is to meet one-on-one with existing clients, building trust and fostering long-term relationships. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, providing superior client service, and always putting clients first.
Initial responsibilities include servicing current clients, strengthening client relationships, and participating in client appreciation and educational events. If you love advising and supporting clients—but prefer not to prospect or find new ones—this is the perfect role for you.
Following successful completion of training, you will be assigned an existing book of clients and continue to have additional clients added over time. This position is not responsible for sourcing new client relationships.
Position Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities
- Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans
- Assist clients with annuities, life, and long-term care, and managing money
- Provide financial planning advice to include investment, insurance, and retirement
- Manage and retain strong client relationships!
- 2 years of financial services required
- Series 65 or combination of Series 66 and 7, with Life and Health required.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and management skills
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Strong initiative
- Positive attitude
- Ability to market to local clients
- Persistence
- Team oriented
