Information Technology Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Information Technology Specialist with a passion for technology to join our team. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. You will also be responsible for physical network infrastructure tasks and supporting various business platforms across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
- System Management: Develop, implement, and maintain information technology systems and networks.
- Infrastructure & Cabling: Install, configure, upgrade computer systems and software, and run network cables.
- Security & Surveillance: Work with NVRs, DVRs, and various camera systems, monitoring system performance and ensuring data security and integrity.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support to end-users with strong customer service skills.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT needs.
- Innovation: Conduct research to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Experience with Unifi equipment is preferred.
- Proficiency in managing user environments, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels and provide excellent customer service.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Requirements & Logistics
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to drive to other company locations that are several hours away as needed for support and installations.
- Some projects and emergency support will require working after hours, nights, and weekends.
