About The Role
As the Regional/District Sales Manager, you will oversee and drive sales performance across multiple markets. This is a leadership role with responsibility for regional revenue growth, team guidance, and high-level client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the regional lead and primary point of contact for all client relationships
- Respond promptly and professionally to all client communications
- Estimate work and generate service proposals
- Recommend and upsell additional services to existing clients
- Follow up on new leads from clients, marketing efforts, and trade shows
- Develop and implement client engagement programs (site meetings, lunch & learns, drop-ins, etc.)
- Conduct site visits and perform light physical activity, including walking on uneven terrain
- 1 years of client-facing experience in stormwater, environmental services, or landscaping (preferred)
- Ability to lead, motivate, and influence a multi-region sales team
- Experience in sales, customer service, or relationship development
- College degree preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Passion for problem-solving and working collaboratively
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors as needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
