Regional/District Sales Manager

We provide expert maintenance and repair for stormwater systems, lakes, ponds, wetlands, and underground facilities-and we're looking for a driven and personable Regional/District Sales Manager to join our team.
Location: Charlotte, NC 28216
Pay: $$70,000- $90,000 Base Salary Commissions.
About the Role:
As the Regional/District Sales Manager, you'll be the central point of contact for clients in your assigned region. You'll play a vital role in growing revenue by building strong relationships, providing expert recommendations, and ensuring smooth service execution. Your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems, and stay organized will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for all client inquiries and service requests

Respond promptly and professionally to all client communications

Estimate work and generate service proposals

Recommend and upsell additional services to existing clients

Follow up on new leads from clients, marketing efforts, and trade shows

Develop and implement client engagement programs (site meetings, lunch & learns, drop-ins, etc.)

Conduct site visits and perform light physical activity, including walking on uneven terrain
Requirements:

1 years of client-facing experience in stormwater, environmental services, or landscaping (preferred)

Experience in sales, customer service, or relationship development

College degree preferred

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Passion for problem-solving and working collaboratively

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors as needed

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
