The core purpose of this position is to install, maintain, and repair fountain and aeration systems while ensuring that the company's clients are serviced following the highest standard of quality while maximizing efficiency and productivity and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.
Location: Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971
Pay: $23 - $27 an hour- Full-time
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with aquatic fountain or small pump repairs
- Repair or warranty certified by AquaMaster, Otterbine, AirMax, or Kasco
- Experience with electrical systems, pumps, and controls
- Mechanical aptitude (pumps, plumbing/PVC, repairs)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently in the field
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 80 pounds on a regular basis
- Great communication skills
- Mechanically inclined
- Occasional travel may be required
- Occasional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage installation, maintenance, and repair of fountain and aeration systems. This will
include - but is not limited to:
- Troubleshooting electrical (120V/240V) and mechanical issues
- Performing preventative maintenance and inspections
- Conducting electrical testing using diagnostic tools
- Ensuring compliance with safety and stormwater regulations
- Documenting work through service reports and photos
- Coordinating with internal teams and manufacturers
- Supporting field operations and crew oversight
