Pay range: $65,000 - $75,000
Requirements
- At least one year of former field experience (Lake/Pond Maintenance, Construction, or Landscaping).
- Excellent managerial capabilities and current experience in a leadership role.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Great communication skills and ability to interact with multiple audiences, including the Operations Team, Client Service Managers, clients, subcontractors, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Adapt and/or improvise quickly, as demanded by conditions or unknown factors.
- Capability to work under pressure.
- Good teamwork.
- Ability to lift 80 pounds on a regular basis.
- Aptitude to work outside for long periods of time in unfavorable conditions.
- Willingness to travel to assist other branches with notice.
- Systems-oriented.
- Results-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for maintenance and mowing services, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with client contracts.
- Lead and manage field crews, including scheduling, routing, quality control, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices across all maintenance activities.
- Manage primarily Aquatic treatments and some mowing maintenance
- Train new and existing employees on equipment use, safety procedures, plant identification, and technical skills.
- Manage primarily Aquatic treatments and some mowing
- Maintain equipment and vehicles, managing inventory and ensuring functionality.
- Conduct regular site visits and quality assessments to ensure service standards and compliance requirements are met.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities and assisting with estimates, staffing, and client communication.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on hiring, onboarding, and certification requirements.
