Job Description
Dragonfly Group is in search of a rock star candidate to be our Recruiting Coordinator, who will schedule interviews arrange travel, greet candidates, and create a positive candidate experience.
This role will be crucial in scheduling phone screens and on-sites for all departments throughout the Bay Area.
Responsibilities and Duties
Meet with hiring managers to identify hiring needs including creation of job descriptions. Managing data input and output for ATS and other recruiting software. Schedule phone screens and onsite interviews for candidates across multiple teams in each of our offices using our ATS. Assist in screening candidates upon request. Reporting and analytics for various functions within our recruiting department. Supporting managers and candidates in the in-candidate experience, including scheduling and organizing candidate interviews for positions. Arrange travel for candidates flying to our offices for on sites. Act as
the main contact for all coordinating matters with agencies, employees, and
executives.
Qualifications
· Have 2 years of experience working in human resources in support or administrative role.
· Experience in recruiting or human resources at the administrative or entry level.
· Have solid communication and analytical skills, a basic understanding of talent management
and applicant systems, strong organizational skills
· Are deadline oriented and able to identify and address obstacles quickly and efficiently.
· A background in customer service, internal or external.
· Experience working on multiple roles in support of a large team.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
