Role Responsibilities
Provide individualized ABA therapy and behavioral support throughout the school day under the supervision of a BCBA
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill-acquisition programs as written
Collect accurate and timely data on student behavior and progress
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors to support student success
Maintain documentation in accordance with school, district, and insurance requirements
Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (required)
Prior school-based or special education experience (required)
Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Ability to work a full school-day schedule or flexible coverage hours
Reliable transportation to assigned school sites
