Your Role as an In-Home BCBA
In this position, you will:

Conduct FBAs in the home and create individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

Implement and oversee evidence-based interventions, adapting strategies to natural daily routines.

Provide caregiver training to promote consistency and skill development.

Supervise RBTs and Behavior Technicians, ensuring quality implementation.

Collaborate with caregivers, care managers, and additional supports to drive successful outcomes.
What You Bring to the Team
Must-Haves:

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Active BCBA and LBA (or in process)

Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience, preferably in insurance-based home services

Strong skills in FBAs, BIPs, data collection, and caregiver collaboration
Nice-to-Haves:

Home-based ABA experience

Additional training or certifications (CPI, SKIP, trauma-informed care, etc.)
