The Role
We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to help design and improve user experiences across Dragin’s products, including both our web applications and Salesforce environment.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You’ll work closely with engineers and product leadership to translate defined workflows into clean, usable, and consistent interfaces for complex, data-heavy systems.
This role is ideal for a designer who wants real ownership, exposure to complex fintech products, and a clear path to growing into a senior or lead product design role.
What You’ll Do
UI & UX Design
- Design screens, components, and user flows for:
- Web applications (React-based)
- Salesforce Lightning pages, objects, and workflows
- Improve usability and clarity for complex workflows such as underwriting, deal review, document processing, and CRM interactions
- Turn product requirements and rough concepts into clear, intuitive interfaces
Validation & Iteration
- Validate designs through lightweight user testing using Figma prototypes, internal reviews, and feedback from real users
- Use interactive prototypes to align with engineering on interaction details, states, and edge cases before and during implementation
- Iterate quickly based on feedback from product, engineering, and users to reduce rework and improve usability
Collaboration with Engineering & Product
- Work directly with frontend, backend, and Salesforce engineers to ensure designs are practical, efficient, and feasible to implement
- Partner closely with engineering during build-out to resolve UI questions and edge cases as they arise
- Incorporate technical constraints into design decisions early to keep execution moving quickly
Consistency & Design System Support
- Help maintain and evolve a shared design system across:
- Web apps
- Salesforce
- Client portals
- Improve consistency in layout, spacing, typography, colors, and interaction patterns
- Reduce UI fragmentation across products over time
Brand & Marketing Alignment
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure product UI aligns with:
- Brand guidelines
- Logo usage
- Color palette and visual tone
- Support marketing with:
- Product screenshots
- UI visuals for decks and sales materials
- Light input on landing pages or product visuals
Product Immersion
- Learn Dragin’s products and workflows deeply
- Build familiarity with underwriting logic, deal lifecycles, and operational use cases
- Contribute UX feedback that improves clarity and efficiency, even when workflows are defined by others
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 3–5 years experience in UI/UX or product design
- Experience designing B2B SaaS or workflow-driven software
- Strong Figma skills with a portfolio showing:
- Real, shipped products
- Data-heavy or operational interfaces
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and product stakeholders
- Strong attention to usability, clarity, and consistency
Preferred
- Experience designing for Salesforce (Lightning, CRM workflows, embedded apps)
- Familiarity working alongside React-based frontend teams
- Experience in fintech, finance, operations tooling, or regulated environments
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS, components, states)
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
- Interest in growing into a senior or lead design role
