As an Associate Experience Designer (UI/UX) with our confidential client you'll contribute to end-to-end product design for mobile, tablet, and web experiences. You will collaborate with design leads, product strategists, and engineers to translate user research and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual interfaces. This role is ideal for early-career designers who are strong in interaction design, visual hierarchy, and design thinking, and who are eager to grow their portfolio working on consumer-facing digital products.
- Participate in the design thinking process and contribute to user-centered solutions
- Conduct user research and synthesize findings into user goals, journey maps, and information architecture
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile
- Apply design fundamentals — layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and accessibility best practices
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation and practical component design
- Partner with strategy and product teams to align designs with business objectives and KPIs
- Learn and apply modern design tools and workflows (Figma, prototyping, design systems)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design fundamentals and digital product work
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and interaction design
- Experience or familiarity with Figma (or similar design/prototyping tools)
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
