Key Responsibilities
- Assist with customer communications via phone, email, and digital outreach
- Support promotional campaigns and service awareness initiatives
- Coordinate internal messaging and scheduling updates
- Help prepare marketing and communication materials
- Maintain customer databases and communication records
- Assist with local outreach events and brand promotion activities
- Previous communications, marketing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using office software and communication tools
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask
- Pay: $19 - $29 per hour
