```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of food service. Manage and coordinate beverage program
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs through effective inventory management
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the food and beverage services
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food service management or a related field. Beverage program knowledge is a plus!
- Strong knowledge of food production, menu planning, and food safety regulations
- Proven experience in inventory control and cost management
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a leadership role is preferred
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Excellent cash handling skills and ability to manage financial transactions accurately
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
