What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Assistant Manager position at Prontos Gourmet Market?
We are looking for an energetic, independent, long term, full-time Front end manager to oversee the the daily flow of our Deli/Gourmet Market. You will be responsible for answering customers’ questions, entering orders as well as help stock to go meals, answering phones, schedule, manage, and train front of house staff. You will assist and verify food orders go out accurately and troubleshoot when needed. The ideal candidate can work in a very busy environment in a positive manner and have a team-oriented approach. Excellent customer service and problem solving skills and high energy are essential for our busy market.
