Optometry Technician/Receptionist

As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to learn and contribute in a variety of areas, including:

• Welcoming and assisting patients at the front desk
• Medical reception and scheduling
• Medical billing and insurance support
• Medical record scribing
• Assisting with patient care and clinical workflow

No two days are exactly the same, so we're looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and enjoys multitasking while providing exceptional service to our patients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows
• Solid math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic

Schedule Requirements:

• Availability to work until 6:00 PM on weekdays
• Availability until 3:00 PM on Saturdays
• Reliable transportation is required

Compensation:

• Competitive pay based on experience
