Major Purpose:
The Commercial Manager/ Telemedicine Manager will report to the Commercial Director and play a critical role in delivering on our growth ambition and mission. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will have full ownership of and accountability for our retail channels, focusing on SEO, data analysis, tech stack management, and driving sales growth, as well as improving telemedicine presence and usage. You'll develop and execute strategies that maximize growth through customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, mission-driven, and entrepreneurial environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or information technology.
- At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in health, wellness or pharmaceutical industries
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, data analysis, and commercial technology.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken Spanish (in order to communicate with Mexican Corporate office)
- Ability to work in-office with occasional hybrid work
- Availability to travel up to 10% of the time – with potential international travel to Mexico
Essential Job Functions:
- As the Commercial / Telemedicine Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in increasing our overall retail presence and reach
- You'll help lead the charge in shaping our Retail narrative and amplifying our brand's voice across various platforms
- You will be in charge of designing and growing our Commercial strategy, focusing on direct sales as well as Amazon, Walmart and other third-party channels, with a clear focus on maximizing revenue and profitability
- You'll be instrumental in driving our national expansion, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize our reach and impact
- Your creativity and strategic vision will be essential in elevating our brand presence across various platforms
- You will help design and scale a national Telemedicine service. You will help identify the best on-boarding and delivery mechanisms to maximize user engagement.
- Will help build and grow our Commercial and telemedicine support structure, leveraging our existing resources in the Mexican Corporate office
- Will serve as a SME, keeping up with best practices across the competitive landscape
- Coordinates with the Internal Communications Specialist to ensure seamless integration of internal and external messaging, fostering a cohesive organizational culture
- Monitors all retail commercial locations to ensure the customer experience is seamless and carefully aligns to our high brand standards
- Fosters a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement within the team
- Evaluate customer buying needs and purchasing decisions to make informed decisions about product lines, pricing, and promotional strategies
- Review website content and legal disclaimers to ensure they are on brand, error-free, and compliant

Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience leading Commercial Retail operations or multi-location retail environments
- Strong knowledge of commercial strategies and business operations
- Demonstrated ability to automate processes and improve operational efficiency
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, including SEO (technical and content), social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization
- Skilled in market research, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Successful track record in user-centric, multi-channel eCommerce web design and execution
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Comfortable navigating structured decision-making processes and corporate frameworks
