Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing professional and friendly front desk support
  • Answer phone calls and fax documents
  • Prepare office visit routers
  • Collect payments from patients
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Pull and return patient charts from and to office file rack
  • Complete the office visit routers and payments for the business office
  • Assist with clerical tasks including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and record keeping
  • Restock vitamins/supplements on the display shelf
  • Monitor and maintain the waiting room throughout the day
  • Assist Dr. Battmer and other staff as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to use calculators and credit card machine
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a collegial environment
  • Cheerful personality
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work with highly confidential information
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer support roles such as dental or medical receptionist is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and basic bookkeeping practices
  • Flexible work attitude
  • Strong commitment to healthy lifestyle
