What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist / Insurance Coordinator position at Dr Phillips Periodontics & Implants?
Seeking bright and energetic receptionist with great phone skills. Must be dependable and people friendly.
Daily task for this position include the following:
- Answering phone calls and intake of patient information
- Scheduling and verifying patient appointments
- Corresponding with other dental / medical office staff through letters, emails, phone calls
- Insurance verification, calculations, and submitting claims
Computer skills with typing and scanning a must. Willing to train motivated, quick learners on site. Language skills (especially Spanish and Portuguese) a big plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
