We provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you develop valuable clinical skills while working alongside experienced dental professionals.
Responsibilities- Assist hygienists and dental team members with daily clinical operations
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms between patients
- Sterilize, organize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Stock operatories and clinical supplies
- Support patient flow throughout the office
- Escort patients and help create a positive patient experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the practice
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Learn dental procedures, terminology, and patient care techniques through on-the-job training
- Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and team members to ensure efficient patient care
- No dental experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Able to stand and move throughout the workday
