We are seeking an organized Dental Front Desk Administrator to join our dental team. Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression for everyone entering the practice
- Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software such as Genesis and Open Dental, ensuring optimal patient flow
- Verify insurance benefits and coverage details.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with proficiency in multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and billing information.
- Conduct insurance claims processing and documentation review to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Handle billing and collections efficiently while providing excellent patient service and support for inquiries related to care plans or billing issues
- Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry (including 10 key typing), and managing dental/medical records in accordance with HIPAA standards
- Coordinate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth clinic operations and ensure patient needs are met promptly
Experience
- Prior experience as a Front Admin at Dental Office is a requirement
- Prior experience with billing dental insurance is a requirement.
- Fluency is Spanish is HIGHLY sought after, but not a requirement.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
