Jesus Beltran MD and The Aesthetic Suite is a multi-specialty medical, surgical, and aesthetic practice dedicated to delivering high-quality care in family medicine, wellness, and aesthetics. We are looking for a Medical Assistant who is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Accurately record patient history, vital signs, medications, and other relevant information in the EMR.
- Assist provider with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Perform routine clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, injections, specimen collection, and EKGs.
- Manage patient flow to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Maintain exam rooms, medical supplies, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
- Provide patient education on medications, treatments, and wellness instructions as directed by providers.
- Handle administrative duties, including scheduling, chart updates, and insurance forms as needed.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
- Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) strongly preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in a medical, surgical, or aesthetic setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
