The Aesthetic Suite is seeking a highly professional, patient-focused Aesthetic Consultant to guide patients through personalized treatment plans and convert consultations into booked services.

Responsibilities
- Conduct aesthetic consultations and assess patient goals
- Present clear, structured treatment options and pricing
- Convert consultations into booked procedures and collect deposits
- Educate patients on services including injectables, skin treatments, and wellness offerings
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans and patient interactions
- Coordinate closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Follow established pricing models and consultation protocols
- Support patient retention through follow-up and relationship management
Skills
- Prior experience in: Aesthetic consulting, medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently discuss pricing and close consultations
- Professional, polished, and patient-centered demeanor
- Highly coachable and able to follow structured systems
- Team-oriented mindset (no independent or siloed work style)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
