The Role
As our Hotel General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full operation of the property—guest experience, team engagement, financial performance, and brand excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead daily hotel operations with a hands-on, people-first approach
- Drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and repeat business
- Own the P&L, budgets, forecasts, and profitability strategy
- Build, coach, and inspire department leaders and frontline teams
- Ensure brand standards, SOPs, and safety compliance are met
- Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Corporate teams to drive performance
- Be visible—on the floor, with guests, and with your team

What Makes You You
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager in a full service hotel (minimum 5 years experience)
- Strong experience in F&B and B&C is a must
- Deep understanding of hotel operations and financial performance
- A leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and pride

Salary : $190,000 - $215,000
