The Role

As the F&B Outlet Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, consistent quality, and strong financial performance. You’ll lead a motivated team, support a thriving dining experience, and champion a culture of hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead financial and operational planning, including annual budgets
• Monitor performance through guest feedback and financial reports
• Maintain product and service quality through regular evaluations
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue
• Lead training, development, and motivation of team members
• Oversee preventative maintenance and protect outlet assets
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with labor regulations
• Maintain effective communication across the department
• Implement programs to enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence
• Perform other duties as needed to support the outlet
