Bilingual (Spanish) Weight Loss Consultant

Position: Weight Loss Consultant

Status: Full-Time (40hr/week)

Team: Dr. Collado's Weight Loss Program

Location: 605 NW 27th St., Moore, OK 73160

Summary

Our Weight Loss Consultants work closely with potential and current clients and assist them in losing weight by implementing and monitoring their weight loss progress. This position requires a very detail-oriented individual that is able to verbally communicate dietary information and weight loss recommendations, as well as document vitals and progress notes.

Position Requirements:

• Own a smartphone with video capabilities for virtual appointments
• Ability to reliably transport to the office daily
• Verbally present information & solutions to patients

Education & Experience:

• Experience working with customers in the service industry required
• High school completion or equivalent required
• Bilingual communication skills preferred (Spanish)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Taking and recording vital health information from the patient such as weight, blood pressure, and body measurements
• Establish client database by weighing and measuring client; determining weight development history, eating habits, and medical restrictions
• Develop and implement weight-loss programs by blending client's goals and restrictions with established dietary programs and positive reinforcement procedures
• Continuously educate yourself and clients on nutrition, physical activity/exercise, and behavior change techniques
• Provide program information and dietary guidance by explaining programs and procedures for desired weight loss; answering questions
• Oversee client's progress by reviewing eating habits and weight-loss statistics
• Encourage clients by promoting goals, reinforcing positive results and choices, and offer positive tailored solutions
• Accurately and carefully manage health records and payments
• Document vital health information accurately and maintain an organized work environment
• Contribute to the team by fulfilling responsibilities with a positive attitude
