Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong sales background. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process, providing exceptional service, and building lasting relationships with clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand customer needs will be crucial in driving sales and achieving dealership goals.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features to potential buyers.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales volume.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up on outbound sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, dealership inventory, and competitor offerings.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Title, collections and payment processing
- Able to work independently
- Greet customers arriving at the dealership
- Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers
- Answer customer questions about cars, financing and purchase process
- Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices
- Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers’ vehicles
- Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer’s financing and ownership options
- Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a dealership environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems to track leads and sales activities.
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Basic math skills, including retail math, for calculating financing options and pricing.
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- A proactive approach to outbound sales efforts, including cold calling potential customers.
- A genuine interest in automobiles and a desire to learn about new models and technologies.
- Drivers License required
- Able to pass a background check
