Know phones? Good with customers? Know how to turn social media posts into sales? We’re looking for someone experienced to join our shop!
✅ REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Previous sales and customer service experience in a phone store, wireless retailer, or phone repair business.
- Marketing experience in the phone or electronics industry, including social media promotions.
- Knowledge of iPhones, Samsung phones, accessories, and common phone services.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to stay productive without constant direction.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help customers choose phones, accessories, and services.
- Answer calls, messages, and customer questions professionally.
- Create engaging posts, photos, and short videos for our social media.
- Promote our phone sales, repair services, and device buyback offers.
- Follow up with interested customers and help increase sales.
⭐ Phone repair or wireless activation experience is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
