About the Role
Great Lakes Customer Group is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Saginaw, MI. This is a full-time, W-2 position where you'll work face-to-face with customers inside an assigned retail environment.
You'll help customers understand available products and services, answer questions, and assist with applicable purchases, enrollments, or activations. Paid training is provided.
Products & Services We Represent
Depending on the assigned retail location and client program, our team may provide customer education and sales support for:
- Wireless and mobile services
- Home internet and connectivity services
- Energy services

What You'll Do
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Ask questions to understand customer needs
- Explain available products, services, pricing, and promotions
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Assist with applicable sales, purchases, enrollments, or activations
- Maintain current product and service knowledge
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching
Experience That Transfers Well
Previous experience is helpful but not required. Relevant backgrounds may include:
- Retail
- Customer service
- Restaurants or hospitality
- Wireless or electronics
- Guest services
- Sales or other face-to-face customer roles

Compensation
Hourly base pay: $16–$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
This is a full-time W-2 hourly employee position. Employees may also have opportunities to earn additional commission based on applicable sales performance. Commission is separate from the hourly base rate and is not guaranteed.
