Key Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, including leases, license agreements, easements, and amendments.
- Support the coordination of contract execution and tracking key dates and obligations.
- Maintain organized records of real estate documents in internal databases and systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, engineering, construction) to gather information and ensure contract accuracy.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure contracts are executed in alignment with company standards and deadlines.
- Help facilitate due diligence processes for property acquisitions and leases.
- Communicate with external parties such as landlords and property managers.
- Monitor contract compliance and flag potential issues to senior team members.
- Assist team members in the filing of external applications for required permits.
- Support reporting and audit requests related to active contracts and leases.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with contract management systems is a plus.
- Exposure to contract review or document management processes.
- Familiarity with basic legal terminology and property-related agreements.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Internship or work experience in contract administration, real estate, legal, or telecommunications fields.
