Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Python Developer / Team Lead with deep expertise in Monitoring and Observability across application, infrastructure, and network layers, along with hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools and agentic workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Replit Agent, or similar). This role will lead the development of next-generation applications that combine robust backend systems, intuitive front-end experiences, and comprehensive visibility into system behavior—enabling proactive performance management and operational intelligence in an ISP/service provider environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop fullstack applications using Python (Django) and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Build and evolve observability and telemetry capabilities across application and network layers (metrics, logs, traces/events).
  • Develop resilient ingestion and processing services that transform raw operational signals into actionable insights for Network Operations and Engineering.
  • Implement alerting, dashboards, and SLO/SLA reporting practices that reduce noise and accelerate incident response.
  • Lead incident response support, root cause analysis, and performance tuning using observability data.
  • Deliver productionready software using GitHubbased SDLC practices (code reviews, CI/CD, automated validation, safe releases).
  • AIassisted development focus: leverage AIassisted coding tools and agentic workflows to accelerate delivery while ensuring correctness, security, and full observability of system behavior and outputs.
  • Mentor developers and promote a culture of observabilitydriven development and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Network Engineering, Operations/NOC, Product/Business) to align solutions with service reliability, performance, and business goals.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and Django; experience delivering and supporting production web applications.
  • Solid frontend experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Vue) and building userfriendly operational UIs.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing observability for production systems (metrics, logs, traces/events, alerting).
  • Experience integrating with infrastructure/network telemetry sources and/or monitoring platforms (specific protocols/tools explored during interviews).
  • Ability to design scalable data pipelines for ingestion, normalization, storage, and retrieval of telemetry.
  • Strong experience with AWS services (or equivalent) and operating services in production environments.
  • Familiarity with asynchronous/background processing and eventdriven patterns (queues/workers/caches).
  • Strong SDLC discipline: GitHub workflows, CI/CD, automated testing, and operational readiness practices.
  • Handson experience using AIassisted coding tools and/or agentic workflows in real development (with guardrails, testing, and observability).
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with network and operations stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

  • 7 years in software development; 5 years in recent fullstack Python development.
  • Proven experience building or integrating with network monitoring and observability platforms.
  • Proven experience with Claude Code, Replit Agent, or similar AIassisted coding tools.
