Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service throughout their visit
• Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness in food prep areas
• Manage cash register transactions, process payments, and handle cash handling with precision
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all food handling procedures meet safety regulations
• Assist with food service customer order management to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Support retail sales transactions by processing purchases quickly and accurately
• Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting store goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred
• Demonstrated food preparation skills and knowledge of food industry standards
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow sanitation guidelines
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately
• Experience in food safety management, sanitation, and proper food handling techniques is a plus
• Retail or grocery store experience is advantageous but not required
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
