Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and sales transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs promptly and courteously.
- Handle food with care, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and promotions to enhance sales.
- Manage cash handling accurately during transactions, including giving change and processing payments efficiently.
- Support kitchen operations including food preparation, serving, and basic cooking tasks as needed.
- Uphold sanitation standards through proper food handling, cleaning, and organization of work areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Experience in food handling, cashiering, or serving roles within the food industry or retail environments is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, or grocery store operations are necessary for accurate transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and kitchen procedures is beneficial.
