Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
- Assist patients in improving functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.
Qualifications
- Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, or outpatient settings preferred, but not required.
