Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team in Evanston, IL. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to help individuals restore function, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and motivating environment for patients

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered, high-quality care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• New graduates are welcome to apply; prior outpatient or clinical experience is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehab, or manual therapy
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• Strong problem-solving and clinical decision-making abilities
