We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a part-time basis in Brighton, Michigan. Responsibilities

Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Complete patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients.
• Establish functional goals and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs.

Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients in achieving established treatment goals.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress.
• Document treatments and patient outcomes accurately.
• Support patient and caregiver education initiatives.

Qualifications

Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Michigan OT license in good standing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Michigan OTA license in good standing.
• Excellent patient care and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a therapy team.
