Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and injury prevention
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and anatomy
- Experience in personal training and program design
- Ability to effectively coach and motivate individuals or groups
- Understanding of body mechanics and proper form during exercises
- Knowledge of physical education principles

Job Type: Part-time
Schedule Requirements:
- Saturdays: 4:30 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Sundays: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Availability Expectations:
- Employees will submit their availability on a monthly basis.
- A minimum of two shifts per month is required.
- At least one shift must be the 4:30 AM Saturday shift.
Additional Opportunities:

Occasional weekday shifts may be available to provide coverage for full-time staff during scheduled vacations and will be communicated with advanced notice.
