We are seeking a dynamic and clinically driven Clinic Director / Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient clinic in West Dundee, Illinois. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed PT who is passionate about patient care, team leadership, and driving clinic success.
As Clinic Director, you’ll play a dual role—delivering exceptional patient care while overseeing clinic operations, mentoring staff, and contributing to business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy care to a diverse patient population
- Lead day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an outstanding patient experience
- Mentor and develop clinical and support staff to maximize performance and engagement
- Drive clinic growth through relationship-building, community engagement, and physician outreach
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to meet and exceed goals
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on patient outcomes and professional excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Illinois (or eligible for licensure)
- Prior leadership experience preferred (Clinic Director, Lead PT, or similar role)
- Strong clinical decision-making and commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- A results-driven mindset with an interest in business and operations
