Construction Project Manager/Superintendent

We are looking for an experienced construction project manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Project managers participate in the conceptual development of each construction project with the Pre-construction, estimating departments and oversee the construction, scheduling, and implementation of large commercial projects in order to achieve the common of the project team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Plans and coordinates all construction meetings to discuss inspections, communicate requirements, and manage expectations

* Responsible for the development of the project schedule and schedule updates

* Develops and communicates the scheduling plan with all parties involved to ensure execution as designed and provides potential solutions to obstacles in a timely manner.

* Maintains weekly communication of progress, issues, etc...

* Coordinate, manage and oversee the construction project progress

* Monitors subcontractor's work for compliance with schedule, budget, quality, safety and overall conformance with contract documents permits and Accounts

* Manage final steps for a construction permit oversee and supervise project closeout

* Performs project closeout including final paperwork, punch list, job walkthrough and any other follow up items with each project

* Ensure all code compliant inspections are complete

* Ensures construction administration process is developed and executed

* Manages the submittal process for all materials

* 5 years experience in construction management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
