Position OverviewThe Regional Director of Sales is a full-time leadership position based in Texarkana, Texas.
A second Regional Director of Sales position will be opening soon, with candidates able to be based in either Carrollton, Tyler, or Paris, Texas.
These individuals will play a critical role in driving revenue growth across multiple hotels by developing strategic sales initiatives, building key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and mentoring property-level sales leaders.
This is not a “sit behind a desk” position.

You will collaborate directly with ownership and executive leadership while helping shape the future sales culture of DPN Collection.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and inspire property sales teams
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all market segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and community organizations
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
- Conduct regular sales training and coaching
- Collaborate with operations and executive leadership on strategic initiatives
- Monitor performance metrics and forecast revenue opportunities
- Help build scalable systems and processes for a rapidly growing organization
- Proven success in hotel sales leadership
- Strong background in sales management, account management, and business development
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience developing strategic sales plans and revenue forecasts
- Ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive accountability
- Strong understanding of market analysis and competitive strategy
- Proficiency with CRM systems and hotel sales platforms
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Hospitality experience strongly preferred
