DPP is seeking a Senior System Testing Analyst for an opportunity in Columbia, SC.

Work arrangement:
- Partially onsite: Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and as needed in Columbia, SC.
- W2 position; 12 months
- Perform testing duties which may involve reviewing test data, creating test cases, executing testing, and monitoring/documenting results.
- Provide service for multiple clients, including onsite service where needed.
- Make recommendations to clients on how to improve testing activities.
- Track quality assurance metrics.
- Participate in the design phase of projects to ensure that new or modified functions are developed using correct testing methodology.
- Arrange major activities between the client and IS staff to ensure maximum gain from technical resources.
- Complete supportive administrative and lead activities such as attending sessions with customers, planning and disbursing projects to team members, completing reports and developing processes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to testing staff.
- The team provides validation services for claims and data analysis, supporting the testing of work efforts and projects for all lines of business.
- The immediate team (12 people) is part of a larger Testing Department consisting of around 70 people.
- The team is working on numerous projects related to claims processing, onboarding new plans to services and managed care work.
- 3270 sessions (green screens)
- Microsoft products and tools
- Quality Center
- SharePoint
- Any automation tools are nice to have
- 7 years of IT experience including experience developing test plans and/or test matrices.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree;
- OR, Associates degree in CS, IT, or other job-related degree plus 2 years of work-related experience;
- OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 11 years without a degree)
- Remote Monday and Friday
- Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- May be requested to be onsite 100% as the business need dictates
- Overtime as needed based on business need
- Travel between local buildings
- Weekends and off hours as needed based on business need
