Position description:
- A typical day for a member of the Distributed Application Support Hub (DASH) team consists of monitoring and responding to Alerts and Incidents in ServiceNow and coordinating resolution efforts across application, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
- The team routinely works with monitoring systems and reviews logs to validate root cause, confirm recovery, and document findings.
- The role involves supporting live production systems, participating in Incident bridges, updating Incidents with clear technical detail, and helping identify recurring patterns that should be driven toward long‐term fixes or alert‐noise reduction.
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM - Overtime may be required depending on workload. On-call will be required.
- The DASH (Distributed Application Support Hub) team consists of approximately 16 members responsible for 24/7 monitoring and Incident response across dozens of distributed, customer‐facing applications.
- The team supports multiple application families (web, desktop, workflow, document management, and telephony) and works closely with application development, infrastructure, and vendor partners.
- The role provides broad technical exposure, strong peer collaboration, a focus on continuous improvement and alert‐noise reduction, and clear operational ownership of critical systems that directly support the business.

- OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 6 years without a degree)
