- This role is for a mid‑level IT Project Manager who enjoys structure, ownership, multiple moving parts, and delivering real results—without micromanagement.
- We need an IT Project Manager who can keep projects moving, teams aligned, and stakeholders calm—without losing their mind.

- 3 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity on one or more project teams
- Completion of the company’s Training Program for Project Management may substitute for one year of work experience
- Lead several (one to five) IT projects in a strong matrix environment at the same time
- Guide projects through the full SDLC—from kickoff excitement to “we shipped it”
- Build and maintain:
- Project plans
- Communication plans
- Risk logs (because something always goes wrong)
- Keep projects on time, on budget, and in scope
- Lead cross‑functional teams of 8–20 people who don’t all report to you
- Run meetings, send recaps, and translate “technical” into “human”
- Spot risks early, escalate smartly, and prevent small issues from becoming fire drills
- Deliver clean, audit‑ready documentation
- 3 years of IT project or leadership experience
- Experience juggling multiple projects without dropping the important ones
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and “read‑the‑room”
- Organized, dependable, and accountable
- Comfortable guiding without direct authority
- Demonstrated organizational skills.

- The Project Manager will report to a Portfolio Manager with a team of 8 - 10 Project Managers.
- Most project teams will range between 8 - 20 team members.
- This team supports various portfolios including Data Exchange, Telephony, Mobile/Full Site, and AEM.
- Bachelor’s degree;
- OR, Associates degree (any major) plus 2 years of work-related experience;
- OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 7 years without a degree)
