Aerospace Structures Technician | B Shift | Aerospace Manufacturing
We are hiring experienced Aerospace Structures Technicians to support high-rate aerospace manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role focused on precision drilling, structural assembly, fastener installation, and large aerospace component integration in a fast-paced production environment.
Shift:
Monday – Thursday
3:30 PM – 3:00 AM
What You’ll Do:
• Drill precision close-tolerance holes
• Install structural fasteners
• Work with metallic and composite materials
• Perform deburring, sealing, assembly, and structural alignment
• Use calibrated precision tools including torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers
• Support large aerospace structure builds and payload hardware integration
• Maintain clean, organized work areas using 5S principles
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
• 5 years of aerospace structures or manufacturing experience
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering blueprints
• Strong drilling and assembly experience
• Familiarity with power feed drills and aerospace tooling
• Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and lifting 50 lbs
• Experience with adhesives, sealants, composites, or thermal blankets preferred
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience is a plus
Preferred Background:
• Aerospace structures assembly
• Large component integration
• Precision drilling and fastener installation
• Trade school, certifications, or aerospace manufacturing training
