Pay: $50,000 - $150,000 per year
Job description:
We have an immediate need for a residential Garage Door Technician that is great with customers, has a winning attitude and above average sales abilities. The job would encompass the service, repair and installation of residential garage doors and garage door openers. You will drive a company service truck fully stocked and prepared for you to go! We have a dynamic program which drives customer experience & makes the day organized for our technicians! You must bring a clean driving record and a desire to learn a new trade.
Job Type: Full-time, W-2 position
Work Location: In-person in the Palm Desert area
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and climb ladders
- Comfortable using a smartphone for job documentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Garage door experience preferred but NOT required

Training Pay: $20/hour (1-2 weeks with garage door industry experience and 6-8 weeks if not)
After Training: $22/hour, 40 hours per week minimum, plus efficiency pay, no cap on your income potential, and appointments are scheduled for you.
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
