Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system (Aloha POS) for accurate billing
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout their dining experience
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food handling safety guidelines
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items
