Job Description:
Doylestown Dental Cosmetic Center is looking for a Friday only Front Desk admin to join us.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in all admin aspects of dentistry. This includes answering phones, scheduling and confirming patients, treatment coordinating, insurance, recall, outstanding treatment, with a strong focus on patient experience.
Bonus if you have dental assisting/clinical experience!
This is a Friday only position to start, with the opportunity to open up to a full-time role in the near future.
Qualifications:
- Dental experience required
- Professional demeanor, great phone etiquette and customer service oriented
- Solid understanding of dental administrative systems and insurance benefits.
- Strong consultative and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients with a welcoming attitude and serve as their trusted point of contact.
- Ability to answer questions regarding insurance benefits clearly and assist patients with understand their out of pocket portion
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments to ensure smooth practice operations.

- Friday: 7:45-1:30
