Job Title: Class A Driver | Unload, Deliver, and Earn $$$

You'll be the reliable backbone of our delivery network, responsible for securing, transporting, and personally delivering essential products to our customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hit the Road: Deliver products to customers, unload orders, and serve as the face of the company.

• Secure the Load: Masterfully secure cargo using load locks and ensure all load-related documentation is 100% accurate.

• ️ Safety First: Perform vehicle maintenance checks to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is road-ready.

• ❄️ Weather Ready: Capable of chaining and unchaining tires as mandated by DOT regulations.

• Customer Champion: Provide outstanding service during delivery, including checking in orders and collecting payments.

• Compliance Pro: Maintain accurate logs of working hours and hold all required certifications/licenses.

• ️ Protect the Assets: Maintain, secure, and protect all property entrusted to your care.

• Team Player: Work professionally with team drivers and assist with loading trucks when required.

The Must-Haves:

• 
  Class A Driver's License.

• Clean Driving Record.

• Preferably 1 - 2 years of previous driving experience (Recent CDL school graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Previous driving experience in cold weather conditions within the Rocky Mountains.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment Background Check, Motor Vehicle Check, Clearinghouse Check, and a DOT drug screen.

The Physical Demand (Bring Your A-Game):

This role is physically strenuous and requires a strong, capable professional. You must be able to perform these tasks safely and repeatedly:

• Heavy Lifting: Regularly lift and carry crates, cases, and totes weighing up to 50 lbs. from ground level to 60 inches.

• Gear Handling: Lift heavy 46-lb. chains over tires and safely handle one end of the 65-lb. truck ramp.

• Grip Strength: Maintain a heavy hand grip force of at least 90 lbs.
