Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Residential Site Director to oversee daily operations at a residential property/site. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of service, managing staff, and driving overall site performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential site, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards
• Manage and supervise on-site staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, expenses, and cost control
• Ensure resident satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
• Respond to tenant emergencies in a timely and effective manner, ensuring safety and proper resolution
• Document and submit incident reports accurately and in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
• Serve as a liaison between the property and local law enforcement and emergency services when needed
• Coordinate maintenance, safety, and facility management activities
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance site operations
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
• Lead weekly or monthly operational and financial review meetings
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of management experience in residential operations, property management, or a related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
• Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management or scheduling systems
